Wines must be ordered in multiples of 6, but can be assorted.

Fruit for the 2023 Hutton Triptych Margaret River Chardonnay was sourced from the Wildberry Springs vineyard in Wilyabrup. The Gin Gin and clone 3 and 5 grapes were hand picked in February, chilled overnight, then gently whole-bunch pressed. The free run juice and light pressings were fermented naturally with wild yeasts in French barriques (20% new) and partial malolactic fermentation was encouraged. The wine was matured for 8 months in barrel with minimal battonage. Bottling was in December and 115 cases were produced.
